Our Empower and Elevate Councillor Program is designed to support councillors at every stage of their journey, providing them with the skills, knowledge and confidence to lead effectively.
We relate to councillors and senior staff in a unique way, because we have walked in local government shoes for many years. This experience allows us to present information in a practical and relatable manner. We move away from the traditional teacher-pupil model and instead sit down with all councillors in a four-hour session that is more about conversation than lecture.

Continuous learning for lasting impact
Training should not end when the workshop does. To ensure the skills and knowledge gained during the session are fully integrated into your council's operations, we offer ongoing support for six months after the initial training.
