We run interactive, engaging workshops where participants are encouraged to ask questions and gain the knowledge to ease their entry into local government roles. Our team's experience, from both local government executive backgrounds and recent election cycles, means we've conducted numerous council workshops.
For NSW councils, our work follows the Office of Local Government's "Councillor Induction and Professional Development Guidelines" (released December 2018) and the regulations made in support of that initiative.
