The Voice Project
We use the highly credentialled survey company VoiceProject to provide the climate survey tool. The VoiceProject operates out of Macquarie University and the survey tool has an academic and proven professional foundation.
We have an expertise in the use of the survey tool, gained through its use at a number of councils and we can attest to the quality of the service provided and the value of the survey. Our personal experience includes conducting the survey at Burwood, Ryde, Narrandera, Tenterfield, Strathfield and Murray River Councils.
We are proud to have been a part of Tenterfield and Murray River Councils receiving the VoiceProject Change Challenge Award for the greatest measurable change in work practices and outcomes.
